Comedy about a shy musician Miloš, who takes part in a TV singing competition designed to find new talents in order to win the heart of the woman whom he platonically loves. His shyness and performance filled with deep feeling impress the audiences, whose votes sent him to the next round. He becomes popular, his life changes, but Tereza, nurse and his neighbour, still pays little notice to him. The next round of the TV contest brings new success to Miloš, and a chance meeting with Tereza in Prague. They stroll through the pre-Christmas city, and Miloš proves to be a pleasant companion. Yet Tereza does not have the courage to start a new relationship and change something about her life, as he is afraid of disappointment and rejection. Will Miloš succeed in persuading her that they are meant for each other?
