Kraviec alias Kay is a highly intelligent man with a talent for the perfect scam. In the blink of an eye, he steals billions from the government. In the first film, Gangster KAY, he is planning, a triumphant masterstroke: gaining control over a company that supplies all the fuel in the country. In part two, Kay leaves the country. Wherever he appears, either in Seychelles or in South Africa, he destroys the local mafia and lays down his own laws. His perfect scams slowly turn into the vilest killing, kidnappings, and drug trafficking.
