Well-known pediatrician Zdenek is retiring. He wants to enjoy a peaceful time, grandchildren, and a garden. After many years, he leaves the hospital and everything associated with it, including his life-long secret relationship with his colleague Dana. She doesn't count on that and, under her emotions, comes to Zdenek's house, to his wife. At that moment and with a lot of stress, Zdenek has a stroke and cannot speak or move. Which leads to a huge argument between the whole family and Dana, and even slapping. In the end, Zdenek's wife allows Dana to take custody of Zdenek, Dana is a doctor after all. However, Zdenek does not want to and cannot stand up for himself. In the end, Zdenek escapes in a wheelchair, but his wife does not want to let him go home. Can a wife accept a lifelong injustice and take care of his unfaithful husband?
