A music documentary about the outstanding chief conductors, who have linked their names with the history of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. Personalities like Václav Talich, Rafael Kubelík, Karel Ančerl, Václav Neuman, Jiří Bělohlávek, Vladimír Aschkenázy and Zdeněk Mácal, together with a long list of guest-conductors, have shaped the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra and its renown all over the world. These conductors participated in the nurturing of the orchestras outstanding players and have become ambassadors of Czech music, Czech culture.
