Your life is an extreme situation for them. They are young, pampered, and only just starting to familiarise themselves with the environment and the professions about which they have so far had a vague idea but also great preconceptions. The Prague “Golden Youth” are learning how people live in other regions of the Czech Republic. Five spoilt youngsters from the capital city have to cope with things to which they are not accustomed – hard manual work and rough living conditions. For five weeks they become now butchers at a slaughterhouse, now inhabitants of a Romany ghetto, participants in an army survival course, peasants in a Czech village in Romania Banat, and nurses in a care home for the elderly. What lesson will the five protagonists learn during the five weeks? Will they revise their prejudices and their behaviour of pampered youngsters? Will they change their attitude to life under the impression of the strong experiences? Will they prove that they´re worth more than may seem at first sight?
