A black comedy about life and about dying, where grief gives way to humour, emotion to wisdom but life and its unpredictable situations wins above all.The story begins with three old bachelors who decide to buy a grave in a country cemetery for one of the threesome. They choose a grave decorated with a black sculpture of a woman. They decide to make a promise to this statue - the Black Lady that she would be the only woman in their bachelor lives. However, their fine plans are suddenly endangered when a local family expresses interest in purchasing this grave. In order to be able to hold on to their claim the three friends decide that one of them would marry a seriously ill old lady, who has but days to live. After her death they would bury her in their grave, which would thus legalize the situation for them. However, the dying woman is still very vital despite her sickness and she sees through their plan immediately. Being a thoroughly practical soul, she does not mind. But life is much more complicated and fate mixes the cards capriciously.
