A psychological drama, a true story set in present times. The story of a family shaken to the core by a tragic occurrence and the unexpected turn of events that followed. Michael lives in a small Czech town, is a talented student and wants to become a doctor. He is a decent and quite well-behaved boy. He has always had a great passion for Red Indians and his lifelong dream is to visit the USA or Canada to meet some real American Indians. His chance comes with a student exchange program at his school, and so Michael leaves for a six-month stay in a Czech-Canadian family, who have a son of the same age, Jan. The boys soon make friends and the Canadian family wants to fulfill Michael’s dream. They take him to see a real Indian chieftain. That night, on the way back from the Indian Reservation, there is a crash – their car hits a stag. Jan is the only person to survive. Will Jan and Michael’s parents come to terms with this tragedy?
