Merry tales of tomcat Toronto Tom who has come from Canada to catch fish in BohemiaThe main hero of the story is tomcat Tom who lives in Toronto but has numerous cat relatives in Bohemia, in the town of Kittyville. When he receives a tempting telegram: "Tom, come, theyre biting!", he takes off on a journey to Bohemia where he immediately sets into fishing and catching mice with the other cats. The results of the hunt are always nil, and Tom or one of the others always ends up the loser. But Tom, never one to give up, tirelessly supplies the others with energy and advice.
