Our inseparable twosome of classmates, Mach and Šebestová, use their magic telephone receiver to take them to places all over the world, where they have some unbelievable adventures. In Africa they compete in performing magic tricks with the Medicine Man, at the North Pole they search for a famous polar scientist, in Paris they save Aunt Vilma from falling off the Eiffel Tower, they return from Venice as pigeons and even take a trip to Hollywood, where their faithful doggy pal Jonathan is to become a film star after they had saved him in the last minute from the clutches of a dog-thief in Australia. All this takes place with substantial help from the magic telephone receiver, of course.
